A fast-growing home and lifestyle brand is looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead its digital presence across Australia and New Zealand. This hands-on role lets you bring ideas to life from scroll-stopping social posts to engaging campaigns, website content, SEO, and influencer collaborations. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth ANZ, the role includes a training trip to New Zealand to meet the wider team and get fully immersed in the brand. Key responsibilities: Own and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Develop quarterly content plans with agency partners Create posts, videos, blogs, UGC, and influencer content Manage community engagement, paid social boosts, and competitions Optimise website content and SEO Track performance and share insights to improve campaigns What we’re looking for: 3 years’ experience in social media, content, or digital marketing Strong copywriting, visual, and community management skills Hands-on with paid social, influencers, UGC, SEO, and website management Familiarity with Canva, SEMrush, or AI content tools Organised, proactive, and creative Flexible arrangements are welcome: mainly remote with 2 days in the office, or 4 days per week for more experienced candidates only wanting a 4 day working week.
