Synergie is seeking a Production Operator for a global paint manufacturer located in Clayton. The important parts: Mid-November start Monday to Friday Day shift: 6am – 2pm ($32.32 p/h) OR Afternoon shift: 2pm – 10pm ($37.16 p/h) Clayton location – 10 minute walk from nearby train station Supportive team environment and on-going training provided Opportunity for permanent conversion to the right individual What you will be required to do: Operate and monitor automated production and mixing equipment Assist with colour matching, batching, and quality checks Perform labelling, filling, and packaging of paint products Carry out machine calibration, cleaning, and changeovers Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all stages of production To be successful in the role you will: Previous manufacturing experience in food, chemical or pharmaceutical ideal Ability to clear police check and drug & alcohol assessments Physically fit, lifting to 20kg when required Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
