Machine Operator Synergie Australia has partnered with a highly respected Manufacturer and Distributor of Steel Reinforcement Bars and Mesh, servicing the civil, construction, and residential industries. We are seeking Loaders/Crane Operators to join their team in St Marys. Key Responsibilities Operating machinery for processing steel and reinforcement bars. Using a manual bench, off coil machinery, benders and shearers. Utilising overhead cranes to load and move mesh and steel products. Manual handling of materials (up to 20kg). Maintaining general housekeeping and workplace safety standards. Essential Criteria Experience in heavy manufacturing environments. Overhead crane experience (highly advantageous). Physical fitness for manual handling tasks. Strong communication skills. The ability to work efficiently in a small team. A commitment to punctuality and reliability. Own transport (essential).
