Synergie Australia is seeking a Storeperson for an industry leader in the manufacture and servicing of electric overhead cranes and machinery based in Ingleburn. What you will be required to do: Receiving and inspecting incoming goods and materials Picking and packing orders accurately for internal and external customers Operating forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials safely Updating and maintaining computer-based inventory and stock systems Organising transport bookings and liaising with couriers and freight companies Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean, organised, and safe Performing general labouring and manual handling tasks Assisting with basic tool use or assembly tasks, depending on workload Adhering to all company health and safety procedures and policies To be successful in the role you will: A strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done A current Forklift Licence (preferred) Experience in stores, warehousing, or logistics Good computer literacy – experience with Microsoft Office and Inventory Management Systems is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills A positive, proactive attitude – you’re a team player and problem-solver Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a manual role Availability to work up to 50 hours per week including potential overtime .
