As a Department Manager / Coordinator, you will have the very meaningful job of leading the day-to-day store operations, ensuring your team build memorable experiences and making your customers D.I.Y. projects a reality. Your store will be your pride and joy – you’ll use visual merchandising to your best advantage, aligning this to store marketing plans.
