Yours will be in an important role in projects that pull carbon from the atmosphere, foster biodiversity, and protect ecosytems. The Opportunity As a Project Performance Manager , you'll be the driving force behind a national portfolio of carbon forestry projects. From shaping initial design, to managing ongoing reporting and engaging with key stakeholders, you'll make a big impact at every stage of the project lifecycle. These are hands on roles that will see you navigate complex challenges, working with landholders, auditors and regulators to improve performance. Key Skills/Experience : We're open to folks who are earlier in their career, or seasoned veterans. What's important is that you can show previous experience in a project management role, and a background in agriculture, carbon sequestration or environmental science. You'll also need experience in: Managing a portfolio of complex projects, ideally in agriculture, environment, or natural capital. Stakeholder engagements, ideally with landholders, auditors, and/or regulators. Experience in project design and delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
