We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Rigger/Crane Operator to join our project near East Melbourne, VIC. Key Details: Local candidates only, no LAHA available. Commencing end of November for approximately 6 months with the possibility to extend. Hours: up to 56 hours per week. Primary Objectives: The safe and timely completion of Rigging operations The safe and timely completion of Crane operations Support trades people and maintain general housekeeping when Crane & Rigging is unavailable. Adhere to all company/project policies and procedures. We are keen to talk to you if you meet the following requirements: Construction induction card (White Card) High Risk Work Licence - Minimum C6 & Basic Rigger Safe Work at Heights (valid within the last 2 years) - desirable Confined space ticket (valid within the last 2 years) - desirable Valid Driver’s license Proof of right to work in Australia The ability to work within a team Must be physically able to perform manual tasks High safety and quality standards Communication and time management skills Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test – mandatory and police check Above award pay rates and conditions of employment apply.
