Our Client is a stable & long-standing 3rd tier builder based in the Inner Eastern suburbs. They have been in operation for over 20 years and have grown steadily in that time. They target projects ranging in value from $1M - $30M across all major market sectors. They have secured a $10M Medical Centre new build in the Western suburbs and require a capable site manager to oversee it's delivery. The project is a 2-level RC frame structured building with a suspended slab. Greenfield site with a generous program. To be considered you must have extensive previous site management/supervisory experience running commercial, apartment, institutional or education projects. You will be trade qualified, ideally in carpentry with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to manage projects for demanding Clients. In return you will receive a permanent position from a cracking builder with supportive management which will guarantee stability.
