Lead Educator – Busy Bees at Cranbourne Location: Cranbourne, VIC Licensed Capacity: 104 Hourly Rate: $37.54 – $42.65 per hour (based on qualification and experience) About the Role At Busy Bees at Cranbourne , we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our Hive. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified educator with at least 3 years’ experience in a Lead Educator role to take the next step in their early childhood career within a supportive and high-quality environment. As a Lead Educator, you will: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) . Mentor and support your team of educators to provide consistent, high-quality care. Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes children’s wellbeing and development. What You’ll Need Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Educator or equivalent leadership role. Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee) . Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification . Excellent communication and leadership skills.
