We are currently seeking Flight Crew who would like to be considered for the position of Non-Technical Skills (NTS) Ad Hoc Facilitators based in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth . This role will see you responsible for the facilitation of NTS courses to the Virgin Australia Group of Flight Crew and Cabin Crew in accordance with the Virgin Australia Group Operation Manual Volume D1 Training - Flight Crew. Key responsibilities: Facilitate NTS training programs, including recurrent and initial intake for Flight and Cabin Crew Set a high standard of professionalism, showcase positive NTS behaviours operationally and in the classroom and adhere to our standard operating procedures Ensure all training and assessment documentation is completed correctly and returned to the Training Academy Work collaboratively with Cabin Crew NTS Facilitators to deliver a high standard of NTS training. Qualifications and experience: A strong passion and interest for NTS/ Human Factors Comprehensive knowledge of CASA regulations, company policies, and procedures Strong communication skills, including oral and written, and effective public speaking Demonstrated leadership abilities, including providing effective feedback, developing others, and interpersonal skills Professional maturity and personal resilience Simulator and line checks with Virgin Australia completed to a high standard in comparison with your peer group Previous experience in a training/ teaching environment or a current Certificate IV Qualification - Workplace Training & Assessment is desirable but not essential.
