Clinical Nurse Coordinator | Clinical Nurse Manager - Residential Aged Care | Perth Metro We are currently working with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join a brand new, modern, purpose-built residential aged care facility located in the East Perth metropolitan area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Registered Nurse or CCC/ CNM to step into a key leadership role within a values-driven organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. About the Role: Reporting to the Facility Manager and working alongside another Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing daily clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
