As an Executive Research Partner, you will be accountable for leading, managing, and delivering end-to-end executive search assignments that directly impact the leadership capability of client organisations. This is a senior role requiring depth in market knowledge, and the ability to work at board and executive levels. You will own the full search lifecycle: from designing research strategies and leading market mapping projects, to candidate assessment, referencing, and final appointment. Success in this role requires you to balance commercial outcomes with professional excellence. Beyond individual assignments, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our executive search practice by shaping go-to-market strategies, contributing to IP development. Key Responsibilities Deliver the end-to-end executive search process: market mapping, sourcing, assessing, referencing, and managing executive talent through the search lifecycle. Build long- and short-lists of senior talent aligned to critical role requirements. Manage and nurture relationships with C-level talent, positioning candidates as long-term partners in our network. Contribute to business development initiatives including lead generation, client acquisition, and growth of key accounts. Partner with Marketing to create thought leadership content and host executive-level roundtables to enhance market reputation. Produce market intelligence including salary guides, talent maps, and insights to build credibility with clients. Champion process excellence and contribute to continuous improvement across the search function. Collaborate with colleagues across business pillars to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen client delivery. Profile You are a high-performing executive search professional who thrives in a commercial, strategic, and collaborative environment. You bring credibility in the market, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to influence at C-level. Minimum 2 years’ experience in executive search or executive recruitment. Proven track record of billing success and delivering complex search assignments. Skilled in client relationship management, with experience engaging senior executives and boards. Collaborative, growth-oriented, and motivated to develop as an industry leader. Resilient, driven, and passionate about building networks of influence.
