In this highly visible role, reporting to the Head of Performance & Reward , the Senior Remuneration Regulations Consultant leads the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices. This key P&R role plays a key role in managing and maintaining CPS511 regulatory requirements and accountability regimes across ING Australia. What you’ll do Manag e and maintain the ING requirements around Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) Framework such as CPS511 etc M anag e key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements, Maps, and Fit & Proper registers Partner with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability Provid e expert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance Contribut e to global Performance & Reward strategies as part of ING’s P&R Community of Expertise What we’re looking for FAR, CPS511 experience 5 years’ experience in remuneration , risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities Proven experience working with senior executives and boards Strong understanding of ASX governance practices and public disclosure requirements Global organisation and / or A dvanced C ompensation program experience ideal Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills What’s in it for you?
