What’s on offer Up to $58 per hour plus super Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 Opportunities to engage deeply with the community and build meaningful relationships A supportive workplace culture that values relationships and teamwork A stunning regional lifestyle in the Liverpool Plains of NSW Key Responsibilities Prepare for and assist with delivering primary healthcare services Perform triage, pre-screening, health checks, and health assessments Administer GP Management Plans and clinical procedures (e.g. immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry) Manage cold chain processes, hygiene protocols, and infection control Keep accurate patient records and manage recall systems Support Medicare billing and work closely with CQI and Aboriginal Health Practitioners Monitor and manage clinic stock, equipment, and consumables Help plan clinic workload with the Practice Manager About you Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical nursing (especially within Aboriginal health or general practice) Knowledge of chronic disease management and preventative health care Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Understanding of culturally safe care models Experience working in a multidisciplinary team Current First Aid Certificate Valid Driver’s Licence Familiarity with Medicare Billing (MBS items) preferred Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available) Ready to join the team?
