About The Role Responsibilities include: Draft, review, and negotiate insurance policies, reinsurance agreements, and distribution contracts. Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to support underwriting, claims, compliance, and product teams. Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders on compliance and governance matters. Contribute to legal policy development, including product governance, disclosures, and complaints handling. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistent legal approaches.Represent the legal function in business initiatives and cross-functional projects. About You You have: Minimum 3PQE with relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificateStrong experience with insurance law in particular with different insurance productsStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
