We currently have 4 positions available , each offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving food service environment. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to manage daily operations. Lead and support a skilled team, fostering excellence and consistency. Champion training programs, including HACCP and food safety standards. Contribute to budget planning and cost control. Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Apply your hospitality background to enhance service and culinary delivery. About You As a Jnr Sous Chef you will bring: Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role. A strong foundation in team development and kitchen leadership. A commitment to ethical practices, equal opportunity, and workplace safety. Position 1: Pizza Chef You have been an established Pizzaiolo for minimum 3 years Key understanding of managing dough and pizza creation Position 2: Grill Chef You will have demonstrated experience in managing a grill with a high volume of burger patties and other key ingredients Must have key understanding and ability to build gourmet, high quality burgers Position 3: Vietnamese Cuisine Chef Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is highly desirable but not essential Position 4: Sushi Chef Experience as Sushi Chef is highly desirable but not essential
