Job Description Contribute to the development and evolution of our React Native app across key customer and broker journeys. Write clean, maintainable TypeScript/React Native code with secure-by-default practices. Own well-scoped features end-to-end: requirements, implementation, testing and release support. Collaborate with product, design and backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure a smooth cross-platform experience. Build with a security mindset: follow secure storage/transport patterns and handle sensitive financial data with care. Instrument what you build: add analytics events, structured logs and crash reporting; help monitor dashboards. Participate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD workflows, and keep the codebase healthy through small, continuous refactors. Support releases and help triage production issues with guidance from senior engineers (runbooks, feature flags/kill-switches). Learn from and collaborate with senior engineers; optionally mentor interns or juniors on specific tasks as you grow. Attribution (nice to have): exposure to SKAdNetwork, AdAttributionKit, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Meta attribution flows.
