Job Description Help Lead the development and evolution of our React Native app as a growing user interface for key customer and broker journeys. Write clean, maintainable TypeScript/React Native code with strong attention to secure-by-default practices. Design, implement and own significant parts of the app architecture (navigation, data/domain layers, module boundaries, native integrations). Collaborate with product, design and backend engineers to ship end-to-end features, integrating APIs and ensuring a smooth cross-platform experience. Build with a security mindset : threat modelling, least-privilege data access, and careful handling of sensitive financial data. Instrument, monitor and support what you build: analytics, structured logging, crash reporting, performance profiling and alerting . Contribute to CI/CD , code reviews, automated testing and continuous refactoring to keep the codebase healthy. Attribution: practical experience with SKAdNetwork , AdAttributionKit , App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Meta attribution flows. Mentor and support other mobile engineers; help drive best practices within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
