Purpose of the Role We are seeking a Compliance, Help Desk & Reporting Manager to support the operations of a high-profile new public venue on the waterfront of Djilang . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to new systems, with s trong data and reporting capability , and the confidence to manage compliance frameworks, contractor coordination, and help desk performance. You'll play a key role in building templates, processes, and reporting tools from the ground up, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement across the contract. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and enhance reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. - Monitor and analyse contract KPIs, compliance data, and contractor documentation. - Manage and continuously improve the Help Desk function to ensure responsive service delivery. - Ensure compliance with all legislative, safety, and BGIS quality management systems. - Administer and maintain the CMMS, ensuring asset data accuracy and integrity. - Support budgeting, purchasing, and subcontractor administration requirements. - Coach and coordinate a small on-site team, promoting collaboration and accountability. - Build strong working relationships with client representatives, suppliers, and internal teams. About You You are organised, thoughtful, and confident with data, systems, and stakeholder communication. You enjoy creating order, guiding others, and continuously refining how things work. Essential: - Demonstrated experience in reporting, compliance, or contract administration within facilities or property services. - Experience supervising or coordinating a small team or help desk environment. - Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - Confidence using CMMS and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to self-teach and innovate.
