We’re partnering with a national law firm in Sydney seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to deliver high-level technical support across the business. This hands-on, client-facing role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day support, mentor junior team members, and drive ongoing technology improvements. You’ll work closely with legal professionals and business teams to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems, maintain productivity, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd level support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; Manage and resolve incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and legal applications (e.g. iManage, Aderant, BigHand); Lead problem management initiatives and identify opportunities for automation or process improvement; Administer and maintain the firm’s Microsoft 365 environment and related security controls; Support and maintain video conferencing technologies (Teams Rooms, Zoom); Assist with onboarding/offboarding, hardware setup, and user access management; Collaborate with the IT Manager on infrastructure upgrades and technology projects; and Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and governance standards. About You 4–6 years’ experience in IT Support, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory; Experience supporting legal practice or document management systems (iManage, Aderant, Elite 3E, or similar); Excellent troubleshooting skills and a professional, customer-focused approach; Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities; Exposure to Intune, Exchange Online, and ServiceNow or Freshservice desirable; and ITIL certification or equivalent experience beneficial.
