About the role Join the team at Complete Machine Tools' busy factory in Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD as a full-time Factory Hand. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse and distribution centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company in the machinery import and retail industry. What you'll be doing Unloading and loading trucks and containers Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders Organising and maintaining tidy and organised storage areas Assisting with inventory management and stock control Operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment as required Performing general cleaning and maintenance duties Supporting the wider manufacturing and logistics team as needed Basic mechanical skills are required for simple machine assembly What we're looking for Previous experience as a Factory Hand, Warehouse Operator or similar role Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable transport What we offer Complete Machine Tools' is a dynamic and growing importation and distribution company of metal working machinery offering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
