The Role: Join the Coregas Beenleigh team as a Sales Office Coordinator supporting the Cryoserve team. You’ll coordinate internal sales operations, assist with delivery schedules, and provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth branch operations and compliance with Coregas standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate daily sales office operations and support delivery schedules. Respond to customer enquiries, process orders, and resolve issues. Provide administrative support including data entry, emails, and document management. Prepare quotes, invoices, and assist with account reconciliation. Organise travel bookings, meetings, and general office logistics. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with drivers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. About you: Previous experience in office administration or sales support Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g., Navision) Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude Why Join us?
