This role is crucial for managing the planning, execution and support of growth initiatives ensuring they are delivered efficiently, meet user needs, and maximise commercial value for Nine.What you’ll do:Drive continuous value delivery across the Commercial Growth and Finance Reporting portfolio.Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring process discipline.Develop adaptable plans and actively manage team flow and pace.Proactively resolve complex inter-team and cross-departmental dependencies.Track and report on portfolio feature progress and status.Facilitate end-to-end delivery of features and projects, removing obstacles.Coach and mentor squads and teams to foster a growth mindset and solve challenges.QualificationsWhat you’ll bring:Proven experience in proactively managing delivery flow, risks, and impediments to maintain momentum.Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.Understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).Proficient with Agile project and collaboration management tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps, MIRO).Relevant Agile certifications.Desirable:Experience in the media industry and large-scale data platforms.Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
