The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing day to day customer-oriented service and to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that both internal and external customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. This role’s target is to ensure excellent service standards at all times and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is how you WOW: Handling phone calls from general public in regards to queries such as product, service, warranty and spare parts enquiries Handling phone calls from accounts in regards to order status, deliveries, credits, invoices and more Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to support queries; including delivery, servicing, pricing and technical support, such as website, Webstore, OneView, Disis and SAP. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution, ensuring follow up is complete to achieve customer satisfaction Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Perform customer verifications as required and process orders, forms, applications and requests Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated department to support customer needs Actively participate in process development and provide constructive feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Speak and act in a professional manner towards to our customers.
