The customer service team plays a pivotal role in providing service excellence across our business, and strives to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. We currently have a full-time position available within our friendly and dedicated Customer Service team based in Dandenong South, Victoria. Key responsibilities include: Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, in this role, you will: Be a Customer Service Champion! This means: Ensuring customer orders are met and goods are delivered within agreed timeframes Responding to product enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders Resolving queries Making sure our customers are happy and satisfied with our products and service Become a product expert in the products related to your role – learning about our diverse product range is part of the fun of working at B&D What we’re looking for A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal D365 knowledge – a big advantage!
