We're looking for a confident and experienced Linehaul Allocator to join our high-performing team at Cahill Transport's Lytton depot. If you’ve worked in linehaul, fleet scheduling, or logistics coordination, and are ready to step into a fast-paced, nationally connected role - this is your chance. You'll be responsible for keeping our long-distance fleet running efficiently across the country, managing driver allocations, planning routes, and solving problems in real time. What You’ll Be Doing Allocating and managing linehaul fleet movements across Australia. Creating and adjusting driver schedules in line with CoR, fatigue, and NHVAS requirements. Communicating clearly with drivers, internal teams, and key customers. Solving issues on the fly - you’ll be the go-to for exception management. Working closely with the operations team to improve performance and reduce downtime. Supporting after-hours planning when required. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in linehaul allocation, fleet coordination, or logistics planning. Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue, and mass management rules. Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a high-volume environment. Confident using transport management systems (e.g. TN360) and Microsoft Office. Great communication and interpersonal skills — you're a team player who can lead from the seat. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and safety-first approach.
