Packing Machine Operators & Pick Packers - Tingalpa, QLD Global Leader in FMCG Production | Programmed Skilled Workforce Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking Packing Machine Operators and Pick Packers to join our client - a global leader in FMCG production, based in Tingalpa, QLD. In these roles, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency of cutting-edge, fully automated production lines and state-of-the-art palletising robots, as well as assisting with the accurate picking, packing, and preparation of products. You'll be responsible for quality checks, maintaining workflow, and ensuring all work complies with strict food health and safety standards. About the Role Operate heavy machinery to maintain continuous product production. Pick, pack, and prepare products accurately for dispatch. Monitor, troubleshoot, and calibrate production lines and palletising automation. Carry out scheduled cleaning and housekeeping duties. Safely handle products weighing up to 10-20kgs. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all products meet required standards. About You Previous experience as a Packing Machine Operator or Pick Packer, or mechanically minded with a willingness to learn (highly desirable). Flexible availability across Monday-Sunday rosters (morning, afternoon, and night shifts). Reliable transport to and from site. Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
