You’ll be guiding future homeowners who have already enquired with us through their journey — with warmth, care, and professionalism every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing Picking up the phone and chatting with future homeowners who’ve shown interest in our resorts Responding to enquiries and sharing all the details that make Living Gems communities so special Helping future homeowners book tours of our beautiful resorts Handling calls, emails, and live chats with a smile in your voice Resolving enquiries quickly, professionally, and with a personal touch Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date (so nothing falls through the cracks) Following up to make sure clients are happy and well-informed Teaming up with your colleagues to deliver a seamless experience About You You’re warm, upbeat, and naturally curious about people. You know how to listen, connect, and find solutions — even when things get busy. You’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you take initiative, think for yourself, and enjoy being proactive. What you bring: Experience in customer service or client relations Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills A positive, can-do attitude (with resilience when challenges come up) Great organisation and attention to detail Ability to work independently while being a true team player Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce a bonus!)
