Physiotherapist Opportunity in Hobart - New graduates and experienced Physiotherapists encouraged to apply. As a fulltime Physiotherapist, the work will be mostly clinic-based with the flexibility to offer tele health or home visits if required by the client. Working hours are usually between 6am to 4pm, but we are happy to discuss a schedule that offers you flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive assessments and tailored education to meet each patient’s unique needs in a clinical setting in Hobart. Treat a wide array of musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships. Work collaboratively to achieve patient goals using evidence-based practices and treatment protocols. Manage patient expectations, communicate effectively, build trust, loyalty and maintain positive engagement with patients. Ensure positive outcomes with treatments, maintain up to date and accurate records and promote the services within the local community and onsite gym. About You: New graduates and experienced Physiotherapists encouraged to apply. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Commitment to abide by AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) code of conduct and policies. Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (up to $10 million or more). Current CPR and First Aid certificate (as required by APA). Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (at least one unit/rotation at university). Current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) participation. Valid Drivers’ license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a larger, high performing team.
