Selection Criteria Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and AHPRA registration and within their new graduate year on commencement of role.Demonstrated core competency skills in Physiotherapy; and demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence based practice, commensurate with years of experience.Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.A willingness to work on a 7 day rotating roster including weekend work and complete a rural secondment.Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
