The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant You will provide 1:1 and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence in their learning. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you’ll adapt activities, encourage independence, and help create a positive, engaging classroom environment.
