Proven skills and experience to support and contribute to a rapidly growing and inclusive school culture, through proactive behaviour management and effective classroom practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven capacity to work collaboratively and enthusiastically with staff members and the wider community, contributing to stage team and extracurricular programs, beyond the classroom. Demonstrated ability to implement quality teaching and learning programs with a focus on supporting Aboriginal students and students with additional learning requirements.
