Role Overview: You will be responsible for writing residential loan applications and supporting the team with new-to-bank opportunities. You will be accountable for self-sourcing new to bank business opportunities, business development and driving mortgage sales and identifying cross selling opportunities to deliver growth. Duties and Responsibilities: Building strong customer relationships and fostering new relationships Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets for the team through relevant roadshows, marketing and self sourcing new to bank business opportunities Developing business acumen and provide advice based on individual customer needs Perform credit analysis and manage end-to-end home loan applications as required Developing a strong referral network for the bank and develop new business Skills and Experience required: Demonstrated track record of self sourcing and writing home loan applications and exceeding targets in a similar bank or non-bank environment Strong referral network Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills Solid financial acumen and credit writing skills This is a great opportunity to enhance and develop as a mobile lender in a well established bank and portfolio as well as work alongside a close knit team of dynamic bankers.
