Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting, built over a 4 year period, you have acquired some of the following skills and capabilities: Strong people management skills (not necessarily direct line management) Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills Ability to manage time and team workflows effectively
