We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Civil and Parks Labourers to support ongoing maintenance, infrastructure, and care/maintenance works across the Townsville region. These roles play a key part in delivering essential services across roads, stormwater systems, drainage, transport corridors, coastal assets, and public spaces. Whether you have concreting experience or enjoy maintaining parks and green spaces, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Civil Labouring (Concreting Roles) Concrete formwork, reinforcement, and footpath repairs Kerb and channel repair or replacement Pipe laying and installation of concrete precast units (e.g., pits, GPTs) Stormwater drain repairs Road line marking, signage installation, and general support for road reconstruction Spotting and grade checking as required Parks & Maintenance Care and maintenance of parks, gardens, and green spaces Lawn mowing, pruning, and general landscaping tasks Cleaning and upkeep of public areas and amenities What We’re Looking For Civil Labourers with Concreting Experience: Concreting, drainage, or civil labouring background with an MR Licence or willingness to obtain Parks Labourers: Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture Construction White Card Open C Class Manual Driver’s Licence Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, safety-focused, and physically fit Two current work references Pre-Employment Requirements Pre-Employment Medical Site Inductions Drug & Alcohol testing Police Check Apply Now To be considered, apply online through our website or call us on 07 4772 3800 for a confidential discussion.
