We're looking for a driven, creative, and digitally savvy Marketing & Design Specialist to join our in-house team. You'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to bring ideas to life - from building digital campaigns and designing assets to managing websites and tracking performance. What You'll Do Digital Marketing & CRM : Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. Manage CRM activity including EDM & SMS campaigns, segmentation, automation, and reporting. Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure CRM accuracy and campaign alignment. Analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities. Maintain best practices in analytics, tracking, and audience targeting. Creative Design & Brand Execution : Design and produce compelling content for social, digital, print, and event use. Maintain visual consistency across all brands within the Group. Develop campaign visuals and creative concepts that align with brand direction. Partner with the Marketing Assistant to deliver high-quality, on-brand content. Website & Analytics : Own and manage website content, SEO, and campaign landing pages. Work with web partners to enhance UX and site performance. Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor ROI and engagement metrics. Collaboration & Campaign Support : Support brand campaigns, launches, and events through digital promotions and content. Assist in managing event RSVPs, digital assets, and post-event performance. Represent the brand at events and activations, maintaining premium brand presentation. Be available to attend occasional weekend or evening events as part of campaign delivery. About You You're a confident communicator and proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership. You can switch seamlessly between brands and audiences - from a high-performance Porsche campaign to a family-focused Ford activation - without losing the story or intent. You're not afraid of a challenge, and you know how to turn briefs into scroll-stopping, data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. What we're seeking : 2-4 years' experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, retail, or agency environments. Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM/EDM platforms. Intermediate to advanced design capability using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of customer journeys, data segmentation, and campaign optimisation. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multi-brand coordination skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights. Copywriting and proofreading proficiency a must.
