Based in our Sydney CBD office with flexible working arrangements, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about travel, marketing, and supporting our Trade Sales team to grow our business. As a Trade Marketing Assistant , you’ll play a key role in driving sales-driven marketing campaigns, supporting travel agents, and ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind in the industry. You’ll work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and the Trade Sales Team to create impactful marketing assets, manage our Travel Agents Portal, and deliver seamless support to our valued partners. OPERATIONAL MISSIONS Mission 1: Support & assist the Trade Marketing Manager in execution of trade marketing initiatives. Mission 2: Work closely with the Trade Sales Team to create and manage marketing assets. Mission 3: Maintain and optimise the Club Med for Travel Agents Portal. Mission 4: Manage the Club Med Trade Marketing inbox and Travel Agent enquiries. ABOUT YOU Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce , or similar field preferred. Job experience: Previous experience in Sales or Marketing (ideally within the travel or tourism industry). Travel industry experience or a personal passion for travel is a plus. Strong writing and presentation skills. Skills: Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Organised, energetic multitasker with strong project management skills. Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a detail-oriented approach. Confident and professional when dealing with external stakeholders. A genuine love of travel ! Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint and Excel). Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite (InDesign/Photoshop). Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot is a bonus. Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook preferred). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Travel Agent satisfaction and brand engagement. Portal growth: visits, subscribers, and usability. Campaign performance across EDMs, social media, and marketing channels.
