Recruitment has partnered with one of Australia's leading Kitchen & Joinery Manufacturing organisations - they are seeking for several intermediate to advanced Cabinet Vision Drafters , based within the Western Sydney region . These roles are pivotal in delivering on customer needs from the point of order request through to the complete manufactured joinery product to the customer. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Interpret architectural drawings to prepare shop drawings Produce production ready drawings and nest to the machines Ensure sufficient materials, equipment, and hardware for each joinery product have been checked prior to manufacture Ensure drawings, cutting lists, and materials are produced to achieve set targets in accordance with the production schedule To be considered for this role, you will need; Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in cabinet making, wood machining, or joinery Demonstrated track record in a similar role Advanced user of Cabinet Vision Strong understanding of working with construction drawings Strong track record of leadership skills High-level accuracy and speed to create drawings from specifications BENEFITS TO YOU This market leader has been operating for over 15 years - they have developed a robust family-feel culture with work/life balance being front and centre of the mind.
