A well-established multi-franchise dealership is looking for a capable and driven Workshop Controller to take charge of their busy service department, based in the Sutherland Shire. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily workshop operations and job scheduling Lead and support a team of technicians and apprentices Drive workshop productivity, quality control, and compliance Assist with diagnostics and perform customer road tests when required Run Toolbox Talks, manage training, and monitor technician development Collaborate with advisors and managers to enhance customer service Ensure warranty and WHS standards are consistently met What You’ll Bring: Prior experience as a Workshop Controller or Supervisor Trade qualification in light vehicle mechanics Proven leadership and mentoring skills Proficiency in ERA NET / ERA POWER and electronic job scheduling systems Strong communication and organisation abilities A current NSW Driver’s Licence Full Australian Working Rights This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with stable hours, a supportive environment, and clear expectations.
