About the role Reporting to both the Chief Advocacy Officer and the Chief Marketing, Commercial & Communications Officer, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretariat support to the executives and a number of Board and sub-committees. This role will suit someone who is resourceful, pre-emptive and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. You’ll manage complex workflows, coordinate executive papers and committee documentation, and ensure time-sensitive matters are progressed with accuracy and discretion. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating diaries, meetings, agendas and travel for two executives. Preparing high-quality reports, correspondence, minutes and briefing materials. Managing email and correspondence on behalf of executives with judgement and confidentiality. Providing secretariat support to Board committees and working groups. Collaborating with other EAs where there is overlap across executive portfolios. About you You are confident working with senior stakeholders and can manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. You have excellent written skills and produce executive-ready material with attention to detail. You are highly organised, calm under pressure and able to anticipate needs before they arise. To thrive in this role, you’ll demonstrate: Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting minutes, reports and correspondence. Excellent stakeholder engagement and credibility across senior executives, committees and external partners. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Visio desirable). A collaborative, collegiate approach to working with peers and colleagues.
