Your role as a Pick Floor Coordinator Key responsibilities: Team coordination - balancing labour allocation throughout shift to different areas Prioritising and managing orders Shift reporting and completing daily hours records Managing the finish time of casual labour, aligned with workload Completing stock adjustments and damages Shift end pack up and setup for following day. MHE put away and charging, floor cleaned and tidied, replenishments completed, shelves restocked etc. Use of tools and equipment within the warehouse Computer terminal operation Prioritizing and managing orders Checking the correct labelling Moving and unstacking the stacks of pallets Carrying out corrective activities with entry and removal of goods Checking and affixing labels to goods orders Loading and unloading goods trucks Carrying out maintenance work Who we are looking for: We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has: Valid forklift license WMS Knowledge Ability to prioritise Knowledge of products and how they should be handled Ability to coordinate labour requirements based on skills required and workloads Knowledge of the logistical/planning process and systems Possesses physical strength and flexibility, necessary to work in a highly manual environment Has an excellent administrative understanding Ready to make an impact?
