Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and packing of high-quality airline meals and catering items Operate within food production lines, maintaining hygiene and safety standards Support stock control, purchasing, and inventory rotation Load and manage catering equipment, ensuring proper handling and cleanliness Coordinate delivery of catering items to meet strict airline schedules Follow company procedures and airline specifications consistently Ideal Candidate: Full working rights in Australia – essential Available to work a flexible, rotating roster – 24/7 availability required Strong knife skills highly regarded.
