Manage client appointments, enquiries, and ensure seamless communication throughout the customer journey. Support the sales team with client introductions, hospitality, and after-sales service. Uphold company values, brand image, and adhere to strict uniform and grooming standards. Assist with general showroom coordination, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks. About You Previous experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or as cabin crew is essential. Impeccable personal presentation and a confident, professional manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging approach. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
