You’ll take the lead on bar operations and rotate through duty manager responsibilities. Most shifts are bar closes from Monday to Friday, with the occasional split shift. Your Responsibilities Operate bar, UBET, and gaming services Deliver exceptional customer service Manage bar cleaning, cash handling, and RSA/RSG compliance Assist in restaurant operations (running food, clearing, taking orders) Answer incoming calls/switch and reception duties Act as relief Duty Manager — including bar close, till balancing, and team support Support other departments as needed What We’re Looking For RSA & RSG certification (required by start date) RMLV Approved Manager Licence (highly desirable) Proven Australian bar experience A hands-on, energetic team player who thrives under pressure Someone ready to embrace a fun, fast-paced environment and live the coastal lifestyle Why You’ll Love It There Imagine waking up and heading straight to the beach.
