Office Coordinator Monday to Friday – 25 hours per week Family friendly hours Secure long-term employment Immediate start available About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an office environment Exceptional communication and customer service skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of Xero Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Provide high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of CAD – training provided if required Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all incoming phone calls and emails Take orders, create and set orders in system Set up client files in appropriate software Effectively liaise with internal and external networks Database management and maintain office systems and procedures General office duties including raising invoices within Xero Only Australian or New Zealand Citizens, Australian Permanent Residency holders, and candidates with full-working rights in Australia should apply.
