About the role The Senior Utilities Operator is a full-time permanent position, based at Yarraville, VIC. As part of the CSR Interior Systems, the role will report to the Manufacturing Manager and you will assist in the production of Gyprock, Cornice, Plasters & Compounds products . In this role you will : Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past. Operating machinery and ensuring materials are produced to the commercial standard. Identify and report equipment and product faults. Loading and unloading materials. Be involved in reducing risks and hazards and improving quality. Help inform data driven decisions by keeping records including machine reports and graph information. Forklift driving as required. Your hours will be working Monday to Sunday–12 hour shifts (day and night). This site is a 24/7 operational factory. What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
