About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Concrete Worker to assist with Concrete pool installations in Hoppers Crossing and surrounding areas. You’ll be working alongside a skilled team, helping prepare sites and deliver high-quality concrete work for inground pool projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist with concrete pool installs , including excavation support, formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and finishing. Mix, place, screed, and finish concrete to required specifications. Work with shotcrete/concrete pumps as required. Support the pool construction team with site preparation and clean-up. Ensure all work is completed to safety and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of concreting experience (pool or construction industry experience highly regarded). Valid driver’s licence (mandatory). Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions. Physically fit and capable of outdoor labour. Ability to work well within a team environment.
