This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing 1, 2026 Banksia Grove Primary School (PS) has been selected as one of five trial schools for the new five day a week Kindergarten Programme for 2026. We are seeking an early childhood trained teacher for a part time position for 2026. At Banksia Grove PS, we show a commitment to supporting all students at all stages of their education. The Role The successful applicant will ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a supportive and inclusive education programme to meet the specific needs of students. Knowledge of the following would be advantageous but not essential: Sounds Write, Talk 4 Writing, Heggerty, mindfulness practices, Berry Street Education, Zones of Regulation and restorative practices. The school is a Positive Behaviour school with a strong focus on developing behavioural and emotional competency in all students. Staff support students with co-regulation and self-regulation using Zones of Regulation and restorative approaches.
