Where you'll be working Macquarie Hospital (Fleet) What you'll be doing Reporting to the Fleet Manager the Operations Administration Assistant is responsible for the day to day management of the Fleet motor vehicles located across NSLHD. This includes managing and undertaking the preparation of new vehicles for customers, the preparation of vehicles for auction, the coordination and collection of vehicles or transporting vehicles to panel beaters, vehicle inspections, management of Infringement / Penalty notices issued to NSLHD Fleet vehicles, the inputting and reviewing of running sheets and overall management of the Fleet pool vehicles. Managing NSLHD pool booking system, ensuring and maintain the system is running efficiently, constant updating of the system with relevant information, fixing and addressing all issues, generating monthly vehicle utilization reports, creating accounts for NSLHD staffs to access Smartrak system and arrange training if requested. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Extensive experience in managing fleet services including extensive experience with fleet management systems. Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people at all levels, both orally and in writing. Demonstrably strong customer service skills, in particular in relation to advice on Fleet policies and procedures.
