Type: Part Time - 4 days/week Salary: SCHADS Level 5 ($51-53ph Super NFP Benefits) Location: Harris Park The Client: Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a NFP organisation that support families from CALD backgrounds to access services, provide youth and family support and settlement support to assist in the recruitment of a Family Case Worker on a pert time (4 days/week basis) The Role: As the successful candidate your role will be to carry out assessments and develop case plans with with families that come through a wide range of community referral pathways. You will provide support in the following areas Improved parental skills Improved family relationships Accessing other relevant support services Ability to cope with crisis situations Community integration The Successful Candidate: In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following: Qualifications in Social Work, Community Services or related field Experience working with vulnerable families and improving outcomes Comprehensive understanding of child development Drivers' license and access to a vehicle (reimbursements for travel will be made) A community language would be desirable Further Info: In return you will be offered a salary between $100-105k Super NFP salary packaging benefits (Pro Rata).
